To process a return, you must provide an unboxing video clearly showing the package being opened and the defect/damage present.
If a genuine concern is identified, we will offer an exchange for the product. However, no refunds will be issued on any order.


Warranty & Repairs

For products covered under warranty, we will repair and return the item at no additional cost to the customer.
Our team will ensure that repaired products are in proper working condition before dispatching them back to you.


Important Notes

Claims without an unboxing video or valid proof of damage will not be entertained.
Exchanges will only be processed for the same product or an equivalent alternative based on availability.
